TPC is a privately held company involved in the evaluation, development, participation and acquisition of oil
and gas assets.

Dover Corporate Summary
Dover Investments Limited (“Dover”) is a privately held Ontario corporation with offices in Cairo, employing 230 people
and has a 15% carried interest in the EWA Concession. Dover is also the owner and operator of the Ras El Ush Concession,
a producing oil field located in the Gulf of Suez, Egypt.
