Well the process to complain to the SEC is much easier, so I’d suggest starting with contacting them over VPLMs fraud, aka the fake buyout offer.

I’m aware the SEC has received several complaints on VPLM already.



I always love this bullshit attack on the company, FUNNy thing about that offer as it came from an EX Apple CEO.. Enough said on this!
