LOL. I've always been `on board`. I wouldn't still be here if I thought the company was a scam. My stance hasn't changed. I think this company needs better management. End of story.

If the management were better, we wouldn't even be having this conversation. They never would have associated themselves with someone that has such a bad reputation. I'm not concluding if he is bad or not, but when you are starting a company from the ground up, you need all the advantages you can get. Adding someone to the board that has a tainted reputation is just the opposite. This was just a really an incredibly poor decision, IMO.
