Does one really believe Kenny issuing PR pumps about tests for the next 2 yrs is going to do much for the PPS?

Kenny built up a crescendo of SH expectation and giddiness over 3 yrs of "tests" leading to the IND filing. Now repeating it will be thrilling for SHs again? Well, we'll see.

Also in the background is when Kenny shifts gears, and announces they are going for a Phase 1 instead of a Phase 2b. TBD will be the SH reaction to that.

It's more than just completing tests. The IND for a Phase 2b is dead.
