In my opinion, he ends up with 800,000,000 shares before he’s done. Elites ATM closes and company sells for a dime. Says to shareholders, be happy I get you ten cent from the 4 cents were trading at today. Big win. Congrats

He walks away with 80,000,000 dollars. We get screwed.
