No they already settled and paid all the notes back the lawsuit was settled about in August or September. There is a docket and the judges signed off and unfortunately the company had to pay for auctus and their court fees too but it has been settled and hopefully they will never sign a loan with auctus again : but if you don’t believe me their is the entire proceedings transcript and the agreement and all . It’s like 20 cents a page but is kind of long .
