Why went KOSMOS (not ERHC!) to court over EEZ block 4?

"If there was real excitement which way would the sp go?" "But I see no excitement".

Then why did we see multi-year litigation over EEZ block 4 by KOSMOS, while they already had 6 EEZ blocks?

I don't claim to know all the answers to all that is going on here. I don't care. No one else knows all the answers either. Only the companies involved know the true situation and their positions and time frames.

So one doen't care that some (like KOSMOS) have all the answers an actually know "the true situation", and started a multi-year legal battle based on that knowlegde...

...but some do care about the ERHC share price, despite the fact that "all of the investment world" does not know what is going on, and therefore does not know what the "true situation" is: hence a share price that is not telling anybody ANYTHING.

Now THAT makes sense!

That's why I say that the market normally always tells us the value of a company at any point in time.

Now, suddenly some seem to consider a non-reporting, non-filing company as "normal"? Otherwise: WHY USE THIS ARGUMENT here!?! That is new for me.
