The more shares Nasrat accumulates, the less he can accept for the company and still retire very wealthy !!!!!!!!!!

Nobody is claiming that Nasrat does not want the share price to go higher, the problem is has created to many shares and the market believes he will dilute even more because enough shareholders voted to give him about a HALF A BILLION more shares !!!!!!!

Why did he want hundreds of millions more shares than he needed to convert back to common ???????????????????????
