$QUTR is now BORN inc. There are no fraudulent documents. We expect a RS of 1:1000 eventually though no date was given(its optional)
I expect an 8k posibbly next week that may give new details on new company as they are SEC reporting.
I expect with that with the parent companies current financial status share price will only rise after the RS.
$VSTRD has shown similar behavior and has only increased in value since RS but is still awaiting a symbol change. The "D" comes of next week.
