Will Uncle Kenny allow you to read the CRL? Nope.

It would be a real toot. Kenny having some SHs believing it's just a matter of completing a few "tests". As opposed to faulty data from the Lohr ad hoc studies.

Once again, if Kenny wants to hide the CRL, then fine, just state in a PR: "The FDA accepted, and raised no questions or concerns about the supporting Lohr studies data".

What could possibly be the harm in Kenny stating that???

Then again, it's highly probable the FDA "rejected" (there's that "R" word again), the Lohr data, and his 1999 studies in general. Thus, Kenny avoids making any definitive statements. Which is in itself nothing unusual.
