Unfortunately, it will be back to base line of 0.0002-0.0003 around or before December 11th. There is nothing substantial supporting this recent run up on PPS. Just my opinion. If there is legitimate data or actual PR's that are actually factual, not speculative, please present this data. And no, in my opinion, " We are working on it and making progress ", is not definitive. This is the same information that has been relayed for the past 3 years or so. Just a opinion of mine. Please prove this incorrect with factual data.
