It's rampant here in WI. My sister's husband's brother died from it last week at 68, no underlying conditions. Now my nephew who is 27 with asthma has it pretty bad. A buddy of mine from high school died from it back in June and a nurse 42 I worked with died in July. You wouldn't catch me in a restaurant for a million dollars :)
