I think one of the following is happening:

1) the link is timing out because too many people are trying to access it.

2) something wrong with my computer

3) Kosmos sealed the case

4) ERHC sealed the case

I am more inclined to believe 3 and 4 because going to the Harris County search site no longer brings up the 400 page document.

kingpindg, what is your opinion?

I'm thinking that Kosmos had the whole thing sealed...probably because there's an imminent deal about to happen.

We are very, very, close, in my opinion.
