All that is is a list of daily buys and sells. The only real short data comes from these sites ad when you use them you will see shorting penny stocks is a myth. NO SEGI shorts but there are lot's of old notes to dilute. I have been in and out of here since 2012. I know how the CEO works. Last time 2015. Make sure to be our before the fat lady sings.
