Like I said shorting penny stocks is a myth and any professional will tell you the truth! ASCM is a known dilutor in any penny stocks! If a company that is diluting uses known brokers they also use CDEL to dilute. There are a few others also.

Lol! No they are not, they are a known shorter when stocks run up they try and corral the PPS action. Seen it dozens of times and the OS does not move.
