I think they are going to be AMEX listed, which is tradable on Robinhoods and Webull. That was what for all the balance sheets building the last two years.

The AMEX requires companies to have $750,000 in pre-tax income in the two most recent fiscal years. In addition, the minimum price of its stock must be $3 and public float must have a market value of $3 million. Public float refers to shares of stock owned by the public and not by company directors, officers or controlling interest investors. In total, the company's shareholder equity must be at least $4 million.

Regular Financial Guidelines: The American Stock Exchange requires pre-tax income of $750,000 for most recent fiscal year or two out of the most three recent fiscal years, a market value of public float of $3 million, an initial minimum bid price of $3 and stockholder's equity of $4 million. There are no operating history requirements under the regular financial guidelines.
