With all do respect the chances of this nearing a dime by years end is ridiculous.

Up to this point ALL the positive events taking place in the last several weeks have been met with share price depreciation.

Gary stating that his forecast was essentially correct in my opinion will have no positive effect on the share price.

It would take something like PCTLtd acquiring millions of dollars of financing at a very favorable interest rate and NO stock consideration or a PO worth several million with considerable funds down to move this to past 52 wk highs.
