Unless the equipment that reprinted this document is defective, it is very strange that at every intersection of the horizontal lines it touches the signature, there seems to be some sort of irregularity. The last second letter after the dot doesn't protrude below the line as if the paste job was not properly done. Then you also have the second letter before last at the upper intersection with the horizontal line.
Of course the pen could have been defective as well.
One last question, why is the lower line of the date box also covered by what seems to be a paste signature.
Is it that literally this was signed with an electronic signature that was pasted?
