They have pumped and dump many times with OS update coinciding with a large sell push , volume spike and then after the OS is millions higher and the highs keep getting lower and the lows keep getting lower

The fundamentals continue to massively erode as the weight of the share structure is destroyed, and the have to pump and dump to keep the lights on

The CEO lost his bullshit troll lawsuit against Avatar which was beyond a Total farce

Their financial disclosure always shift the sets of Quarters used for zero consistency in an attempt to hide the shifty eroding financials
