Voting down the reverse split was the defining moment for shareholders and the company. Titan is no longer in a position of power when it comes to what it can and cannot get away with playing games. Shareholders voiced their opinion loud and clear. It may have reduced the buyout amount IF it is really going to happen as a result but so be it.
McNally may be out of a job by the next AGM if things do not happen.
