I agree every patent is important. I get it. Yes. You could be right. The licensing deal could be a down payment for an eventual buyout. I would certainly be excited if this was true. Not sure why it hasn't happened already. Perhaps there is a buyout agreement in place already.

I always come back to the reverse split. You have a secret buyout in place but you announce a possible reverse split? And you are not transparent with your shareholders?

You saw the results. Reverse split voted down and a 51 per cent vote for McNally. Think about it. Who comes up with a reverse split idea and almost loses his job as CEO of a company who is getting bought out?

I believe we are all excited over the rising pps.
