I recall them saying some time ago that they will not do anything about the short position.

I got back into PLYCF last week in anticipation of moves to fulfill promises like this:

Our goal is to now move forward with our accountants and auditor to get all filings up to date and refile for a bulletin board listing sometime in quarter 1 of 2007."

I expect some PRs on this, acquisition, and profitability issues this month. Along with an announcement that they have completed the filings necessary to drop the F from PLYCF. That will get you your dime.
