The expensive litigation is regarding EEZ block 4, not ERHC, what 'situation' do you actually mean?

The situation I mean is their positions in the litigation. They know what they plan to accomplish. They probably know who has the better case. And at least one is apparently willing to sit on it.

Maybe Kosmos was just looking for how much they could get from Total and are willing to sit on it to see?

As of now is there an actual resolution to the litigation? If so what are the terms? And if the terms are final why will no one make a statement regarding the final resolution?
