A few things.

Apparently the filings by the attorney and addendum are designed to do just that.

Secondly, it was confirmed by Kronos that Toth resigned; confirmed on Facebook. So there may have been some truth to the poster here that went to jail for a few years.

I think Toth's departure is a good thing.

That being said, one poster out and out told Kronos that they were filing with the SEC and that we would go to subpenny. Kronos simply said you can unfollow us. I think that poster is sniffing for news. I don't think Kronos was impressed by it.

I reached out to Mr.Koepke,the Smith Brother looking dude, who follows Kronos. He's concerned but is waiting for the infomercials and the next Q. He has been asking them the uncomfortable questions, but he says they do reply. He apparently has a major investment, and says it's sh*t or get off the pot time real soon.
He got one of the release forms for the infomercials, so it should be coming soon.

He said if the infomercials do air then we are a go.

He didn't elaborate how many shares but he said "More than you". He also said don't discount what the "bashers" are saying. Take all sides in account.
