For those who are confused, the 10-Q that was just filed today (11/25/20) is the exact same document that was filed on 11/18/20. The only difference is, OTC Markets requested that the title of the document be changed from 'Proxy Statement' to 'Quarterly Report'.

I stated previously that whatever needed to be worked out would be worked out, and that's what's being done. Everything still moving forward full steam ahead. No worries on this end.

News will come after the acquisitions are formally merged in. There's a legal process. Be patient.
