Its funny you say that, because that is the way my mind works, it just keeps asking questions, on the questions, like I have been working on breathing, learning the breath, have come up with, a longer exhale, then inhale, slows the heart, so then I ask why? Then I came up with, your mind thinks you are going under water, with longer exhale, so it automatically slows the heart, so you can stay under water longer, like world record is 24 minute breath hold, but was very proud of myself for really getting to the source of info, kinda of like here, can not help my self, but ask these questions, then I get to try and answer them, like I am even asking my self, why did swim reply to me on this board?
