Blue Sphere did this acquisition of a company who went bankrupt, because they did not had the technical aspects under control.
(I can't find any details what BLSP paid)
IF Blue Sphere can technical makes this second plant work, than it's promising, because Big banks, institutions and politicians were involved in this project that went bankrupt.
BLSP restarted this project and wants to set an example.

The title says:
We (BLSP) want to set the example that Anaërobe vergister can technical work and be successful.
A new permit?
Nah man, it a whole different location and project.
This one is 50 minutes driving from the other location.
I'm sorry I have no clue about those numbers.. How would I calculate that?
$7 million per year gross revenue you say?
I can't find any numbers, but when BLSP got this 2dn plant for almost free, 7 million per year extra seems like a pretty good deal I would say...
