No legitimate company is going to merge into a stinky pink shell company and give away the equity ownership to a bunch of bagholders. Legitimate companies do IPO's if they choose to go public, that way every share that is sold to investors is capitol for them to use instead of having a block of old shares from past operations that the new company gets nothing for.
