Got to agree with you guys. I really thought that they had in-house counsel familiar with the FDA process (McKinsey) either that was not the case or they didn't listen or something that we're not seeing (but I doubt it in all these issues.)

Disappointing since the have the best science it appears.

I'm still very long and look forward in INO proving that they have the best vaccine, not the first, but what will be used for 2nd wave in developed economies and first wave in third world, warmer countries.
