Thanks for taking the time to confirm, but it really changes absolutely nothing here. We know the company name and that's about it. Have no clue as to what they really do or what they are worth. Right now we have about a $17 mil mc. If the new company is worth $100 mil, that's 6x current share price. RS are often bad for companies that are bad, and just continue to use the RS to print more shares and have no real business. But in some cases, RS can be good, in fact really good. Only time will tell here but we should find out a lot more soon.
