No $750M company is merging into a dead, empty, stinky pink shell company and giving away their equity ownership to its bagholders. That would be a monumentally stupid thing to do.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
