The Company has little short-term debt
and approximately $167,126 in long term debt. This is a significant improvement of the balance
sheet from 2015 when the debt load was $1.2 million. This task was accomplished without a
significant dilution of the shareholders. Total shares outstanding is approximately 96 million. There
are 120 million common shares authorized and 65 million preferred authorized. No preferred
shares are outstanding. Filings with the Over the Counter Markets have been complete and on
schedule for more than the past three years.
