The L2 I get with TDAmeritrade currently only shows me .0001s and .0002s on the ASK (currently at no bid).

L2 just changed as I was writing this -- There are 4 MMs on .0001 totaling 80.2M shares, and 1 MM on .0002 with 14.8M shares, but I'm sure that there are .0002s stacked behind the .0001s for those MMs on .0001, so that there are at least 185M .0002s.
