Well... Maybe it has already been signed and they just have not put out PR on it. It is not unusual for a company to make a deal and announce it later. Then again it is a Covid world we are living in right now so there has been delays in everything. Or it is still ongoing like was mentioned in last PR. We don't know what kinds of negotiations are going on. Those NDA'a to protect the integrity of a deal are a kicker lol.
