The 10B AS really scares me. But with that said - they have clearly made significant progress in paying off their toxic debt from the merger, and the buyback is now confirmed, so I am really hoping these next few months we see a decrease in O/S.

For me, that is the last thing I need to see in order to truly believe in this stock for good. I am liking management more and more. They would not be putting that much work into advertising and their website alone is better than 90% of OTC company websites - very transparent.
