I vaguely remember the PPESG deal being for 6M shares. I could be wrong, but one of my old tweets had $800,000 for 6M shares (.1333/share). I'm wondering if PPESG wanted those 6M at this range instead and that's why we havent heard about the closing. This could be where the extra 6M shares in the float came from. Just throwing it out there.
