As most know I have know BLSP for many years now. I have always been down on their BPLAN as I am in the Buss, and have watched these pure substrate fail 100% of the time. We told them that years ago when we were asked to look at their Charllote facility in the planning stages. BLSP failed in every project they have attempted in the US and I believe that the Italy facilities which they bought have been a financial disaster.

Holland on the other hand is a different play with the use of manure as the primary feed stock. Technical this will work. It all comes down to financial spreadsheet used in the model. BLSP has a long history of telling tale tales on paper. All projections have been wrong. All projects were vastly overstated. I am saying that? NO just look at the financial performance.

If Hollands projections were conservative and the income models were based on conservative projects then the project can work technically and financially.

The big question I have always had with Holland is if BLSP has a large roll, ie majority, why would they not be telling their shareholders about it? My other burning question is if the Holland project was ever related to the Public stock we know as BLSP or was it a new entity using BLSP's name? Since there are no fillings with SEC it is very difficult to know any of these answers. Someone knows and if BLSP has a very bright future then the PPS would be soaring.

Careful of Trolls, Pumpers, and fake internet experts. The next few months will tell us a lot, but a one page from the company would go long way in telling the shareholders what is going on!

BLSP has been very bad to it's shareholders! And INVESTORS and SUPPLIERS!
