Front I have to disagree a bit . Jimmy said 11 mil by the end of this year.
But I also remember 11 mil by the end of March quarter .
According to the numbers 73 % of 2.1 mil is about 1.5 mil recognize .
Which mean budcars did 3.6 million . 40 percent equal 1.5 mil this Quarter .
This is more then the 2 mil jimmy said he did not less .
Please let me know when I'm wrong . Lets say my number are off
Budcars did only 2 mil last quarter . That means they are on pace for 3 mil
This quarter. And 4.5 mil next quarter . I don't know but that's very close to
11$ mil . But according to jimmy numbers we did better then that this quarter .

Now let's talks about the convertibles . $1.2 million . Sgmd is have no problem
Getting investors and it looks like it's the same investors
Bc the new debt includes the old debt rolled into the new debt .
This means even know the investors were burnt a year ago ,they continue
to invest more in Sgmd . As I predicted.
I think that's the second time I'm right in 3 years haha but at least
Right twice in the last 2 months .

I had 3.5 mil to 5 mil . In revenue this report . I thought 1.5 mil in PPE .
That never materialized . But I'm looking at the positives
Going forward here . Budcars is growing very fast . With more locations
Coming the growth will continue at 100 to 200 percent plus easily .
This is not a one event , This is 10 year story . In two years
Possible 100 mil in revenue . After saying this I'm wait patiently
For the next piece of news and next quarter report .
I predict less selling of shares this quarter . 2 location open
Next month in LA follow by revenue projects for this year .
Somewhere along the line jimmy will purchase another 11 percent
So Sgmd can recognize all of the revenues .
