TO quote another person here RE: JC Penneys situation--



Well Judge Jones, I am ashamed to live in a country where executives can bonus themselves $10M the day before bankruptcy with shareholder money, have a Federal Judge bless the transaction, then wipe out the shareholders, recover $1.36 Billion in unsecured claims for 750K (yes that's $750,000), have the first lien recover 200% of what they are owed, and then tell all the middle class who got wiped out not to complain. Yeah, real fair.
