Indeed, this video summed up PASO DD, which was wishing and hoping.

During last few months, a lot of people claimed, bragged and or referred to that they did a solid DD, which was a joke.

I always laughed at when they say, there is a solid DD. Their solid DD was all about JG’s bio and how he wouldn’t do anything to ruin his reputation and how he will get the RM done. The other DD was wishful thinking of whole world is merging with PASO and CLX, whenever CLX was doing something with other companies.

In reality, PASO and CLX have nothing other than an LOI. PASO basically, has no real address, no website, no business, nothing. CLX was born out of thin air with JG, the man behind.

During last few months, USTG and SIQ didn’t say a word about this damn JV CLX other than a few words at the very beginning.
