Congratulations Rubberworm & to those holding shares! My funds to purchase shares are cleared today & I will purchase a few shares at the offering price asap.
I agree this split of divisions will be most welcomed & simplify the structures greatly for financing moving forward. (maybe reduce/split the shares too??)
The Graphene tech. & water filtration company has "huge upside" alone & justifies the knock-off. Clean water through this process has my attention.
The Sunrise project however is Friedland's baby! lol... & is finally getting ready for lift off imho...(he too is putting his money into this project!)
A junior minor that has an abundant nickel/cobalt/scandium world class resource in a stable mining jurisdiction (oh & don't forget the PGM's too!) & also a shovel ready project with recycling of spent batteries all right there! =)
Sometime after announcing the split... I think we will see a big "F" here too? If you have not done so, currently hold shares, or once did like me. I think it's a good time to add a few shares here at these prices now and hold em.
