you don't trade much on the otc do you? 200 million is nothing in dilution by share count already. not to mention, i fully believe they are doing this for an "extraordinary" reason and that will be to fund other studies outside of the usa after the FDA gives them the approval ahead of the meeting. at that point as an investor you will be saying - "this is some of the best dilution ever" when we are trading over $2 and with the dilution through the needed leverage will create an exponential return taking us to $3.... leverage is good as long as the asset is good, dilution is only good if the asset is better than the funds raised to a multiple. in this case, with the FDA giving us the nod around the 10th puts us in that situation...
