Many of Paul Strickland stocks are shell risks, i.e., SPRV, BAYP, VGLS, HLLK.

On my gosh. Where did you acquire all of this info? Save that answer for another day. So this stock SPRV is a shell. Like COHO is a shell. Do you know why this stock once in awhile has very high trading volume? And who would be interested in buying this stock at .0001 and or .0002? TIA. Thanks in advance.
