Not "blatant lying" anyone following PKTX long any lenght of time knew this study was on rats.

"Subjects" is also fine. For example, in veterinary hospitals, the animals being treated are simply refered to as 'patients".

The study and PR also define what they considered 'vision'. My guess is that CS ran that veribage by lawyers to ensure and insure it was good to use.
