Yes, their business plan was ok, but slowed down. I think they needed more capital infusions to expand their business further. Ms. Mars was very excited when she announced the great opportunity that was presented to them by a bank(?). I was expecting a traditional financing at that moment. (I could be wrong here.) Then RXMD went into this Quiet Period. Something must have happened. she left. We are now talikng about NETE. I don't know what impact this something (NETE or not) has on current shareholders. It was not good for her apparently, but it does not mean it is bad for shareholders. It does not mean good either. When we are confused. Then we got this RS news during this uncertainty period. That is the scrary part of this whole thing to me.
