AlaskanGold, the 8-K stated that BBRW returned shares to the treasury, it did not say they bought them back;

5 weeks ago BBRW borrowed $43,000 at 10% interest and 4 weeks ago another $50,000 at 12% interest according to the 10-Q.

Not really a good indicator that BBRW is making money at all nor in excess to buy back stock while issuing shares by the millions.
