People are the problem. Product is good. The timing WAS right, the channels for advertising and sales through the internet have been available, but the PEOPLE at the top thought they could sell shares and it would sell product.

They also seemed to think the could pay consultants who don’t drive growth nor sales.

This company should have started at a county fair and never borrowed money from share holders until they were already needing money to fund orders. Not inventory. Orders.

All that said, this can still be a small dynamic company once the fat is cut, and the and they find a real executive to run it. Just not going to see .45 again for a long time.
