Derek wasn't right and I spoke with one or two vendors in the industry on how hard it was to deal with him.
he was negotiating too hard and a few people I spoke to. they didn't want to deal with him again. It's been a tough industry for a while but all need to work together. more companies are going bankrupt than surviving

Emi on the other hand has a great reputation and if they can keep his attention, than I think he will steer this ship in the right direction.

If Exactus can pull it together, find their niche and develop within it... $.50-1.20 is possible in a years time if not much sooner.
