Mr. Risavalto cancelled the last meeting scheduled for 10/28/2020 at "the last second" blaming it on COVID (his go-to excuse) and other untruths. Shareholders drove hours to be there and he wouldn't drive 10 minutes to explain in person. Instead he placed this note on the door.

"Dear Pennexx Shareholder,

Due to an error that caused not all the shareholders to be notified of the PENNEXX shareholder meeting previously scheduled and the re-emergence of COVID related cases, we felt it would be unfair and unsafe to have the board meeting as scheduled.

At these offices, we felt it would be impossible to maintain proper social distancing.

Under consultation of ou rneys as well as some shareholders it was decided at the last second that the shareholder meeting would be postponed to a later date so that all shareholders could get an opportunity to receive our update and vote on upcoming decisions for our company.

We recognize that some people may have traveled a long distance and we extend our apologies for this tremendous inconvenience.
