STHC- I believe we will be discharged mid December. In Delaware we have been consolidated with CLHI as the chancellor chose to most likely because of the same attorney and management company is involved and because everything is being done thru zoom meetings ect because of covid it was probably easier to take care of everything at once. Ben Berry has been gathering everything for the release of CLHI but the judge wanted to hear from the share holders. A vote is currently being taken by the share holders and will be completed in the 4th of December to my knowledge. So the following week or that friday is when we should hear something from the courts. Regarding STHC taxes have been paid and all necessary papers have been turned in via hard copies.
